Before you buy
What is the difference between the kit and the watch?
The kit is a one-off set of files: the register, the evidence list, the dated plan and the crosswalk, as PDF, CSV and XLSX. The watch is a monthly subscription that emails you when the record, its guidance or its dates change, and includes the current kit files while it is active.
Do I need the kit if I only read the free pages?
No. The clause record, the Annex A rows, the revision pages and the free check are free and complete enough to read. The kit is for the reader who needs the register, the evidence list and the dated plan in a file they can hand to a programme owner or a client.
Does the kit include the ISO text?
No. It includes our statement of each clause, the evidence guidance and the crosswalk, not the licensed text. The official text is sold by ISO and its member bodies.
Does the revision expire my certificate?
No. ISO/IEC 27007 is guidance. A certificate is issued against ISO/IEC 27001 and a new edition of 27007 does not end it. The site says this on every page where a reader might assume otherwise.
Can I cancel the watch?
Yes. The watch is a Stripe subscription and can be cancelled from the account page or from the Stripe receipt. The kit files stay available while a paid plan is active; the kit itself is a one-off purchase.
Is there a refund?
If the kit does not match the description, write to support@theartofservice.com within 14 days and we will refund the one-off payment. The watch can be cancelled at any time and is not refunded for a period already started.
